Just Habanero this one! A smooth consistency as the seeds have been removed. A salty sauce compared to the rest, but one of my favourites. Ideal in soup, over hot chicken wings, steak, or a few drops in some salad dressing to give that salad a bit of heat. This one gets better with age!

My hottest sauce yet – mustard, garlic & pepper extract (you know the stuff they put in Capsicum spray)! Some say it’s cheating but you can only get so hot just using peppers. This one is good on a roast or try mixing some with smokey BBQ sauce. Smear it on some ribs and enjoy!
